Hello, my names Emma and I currently work as room leader within the Teeny Room at the Baby Bungalow.
I chose to pursue a career within childcare as I believe it is one of the most rewarding jobs to do as we support and encourage the children to grow and develop into confident little human beings.
Since being at Smartys I have felt that they also hold the same passion of delivering the best service to give each child the best start and ensure that each child feels safe and loved within their settings. I look forward to a long career with them and having qualified Level 5 in Early Years I am excited to start my Level 6 BA Honors with full support from the Smartys Team.
