Nursery Deputy Manager

Hi, my name is Kathryn and I am the deputy manager at our Toddler Nursery.
I have over 5 years experience of working with children along with being an aunt to a young niece and nephew.
I have achieved paediatric first aid, food hygiene, Safeguarding level 1, EYFS framework and health and social care level 1.
I am responsible for the day to day running of the upstairs rooms in the toddler’s playhouse. I love to give all of the children a happy and stimulating environment whilst they are in our care. I am a key person, therefore, I ensure that the children’s needs are met at all times by planning activities and completing the development files.
Working with children is fun and its great to have that feeling that you are helping the children and making a change in their lives for their future. It’s not like any other job I can be myself whilst having such a positive impact on each individual child’s life, providing them with the best possible start in life.
I always present myself in a very professional manner with a happy smile on my face ready to have lots of fun, I am very reliable and enjoy coming to work.
