Little Stars Deputy Manager

Hi my name is Vici (known as Vici T to the children) and I am the deputy manager of our Little Stars setting and I have 12 years experience with Smartys along with being a mum to 4 young children.
I have achieved paediatric first aid, food hygiene, Safeguarding level 1, EYFS training observation and assessment, health and safety level 1 and 2, speech and language, play tonics, effective team meetings and autism awareness.
I am responsible for supporting the day to day running of the the setting, along with supporting the manager when required, I ensure everyone receives a happy, warm and welcoming environment, ensuring all children’s needs are met along with completing planning and development records for children, building good relationships with parents, children and staff.
I love my job because every day is different, I go to work and see a room full of children waiting to see me and share something with me. I enjoy sharing the uniqueness of every child, laughing and learning. I enjoy helping the children as much as they need help, promoting fun and much-loved environment.
I am a very outgoing person with a fabulous personality, I have a passion for reading stories and enjoy the drama aspect of being in childcare. I like to keep my rooms tidy and I enjoy doing arts and crafts with the children.
I always try to present myself in a professional way. I really enjoy my job.
