My primary background is centred around finance and management. Having spent time at Exeter and Manchester University gaining knowledge in HR and Finance, one of my objectives is to relieve the managers of finance admin to enable a closer focus on the quality of provision. Another objective is to guide and support the management in their leadership roles to ensure they feel confident and are able to provide long-lasting impacts on every child’s life. Playing a leading role within our robust recruitment and selection process, I ensure every staff member shares Smartys goals and vision.
