Hi, my name is Hayley and I am a room supervisor within our Toddler Nursery.
I have 10 years experience of working with children along with being an auntie to my nephew, I have achieved paediatric first aid, food hygiene, Safeguarding level 2.
I am responsible and enjoy helping and supporting with the day to day running of the rooms, I engage with all of the children in my care interacting and playing with them throughout the day.
As a key person, I ensure that the children’s needs are met at all times including their individual planning and updating their personal records. I ensure that all of the children in my care have fun whilst learning new things every day in a safe and secure environment.
I work with children because I love the feeling that I have been an influence in their early life. I like knowing that I have taught a child the basic skills to help them develop and progress. When I see the children at school this gives me huge satisfaction knowing that I have helped play a small part in that transition.
I love having fun with the children, I love to dance with them along with mark making and singing with them, I also enjoy reading the children stories and teaching the children the phonics. I enjoy spending time with my young nephew and young cousins during my spare time.
